Funny thing about February – in that all those New Year Resolutions are a long distant memory and more than likely have been broken and faded into obscurity.  I’m often struck by how complex people make things. What can be a simple process turns into an elaborate methodology, which turns into a list a ‘mile high’ of what needs to be done, to accomplish a task or project. When confronted with this list, it can be daunting and frustrating and as a result, we procrastinate, worry, or just throw it into the too hard basket.
